Refund policy
30-day refund window. By request via Telegram or email. No-questions-asked for the first month. Specific carve-outs below.
Hedonist Pro subscription
If you've been subscribed for less than 30 days and decide the service isn't a fit, contact us and we'll refund the most recent monthly payment. No need to justify; the request is sufficient.
After the first 30 days, refunds are pro-rata for the remaining unused period if you cancel mid-month. We do not refund past months.
Annual plan ($949/yr where offered)
Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase for full amount. After 30 days, refunds are pro-rata for the unused portion of the year, computed on a daily basis.
Quant Foundations course ($99 one-time)
Refundable within 14 days of purchase if you've completed fewer than 4 of the 16 lessons. The 14-day / 4-lesson threshold reflects that lesson access is the primary deliverable; subscribers who've consumed substantial course material aren't refundable.
How to request
- Message @hedonist_intel_bot on Telegram, or email the support address listed on the homepage.
- Provide the email address used for the subscription / purchase.
- State which subscription period or course you want refunded.
We action refunds within 5 business days. Crypto refunds (USDT-BSC) go to the same address that paid. If the original payment address is no longer accessible, contact us first to arrange an alternative — we may require additional verification.
Carve-outs (we will not refund)
- Trading losses incurred while subscribed. The refund covers our subscription fee, not your trading P&L.
- Subscriptions where the account has been suspended for terms-of-service violation.
- Charge-backs raised against legitimate, completed payments without first contacting support — initiating a charge-back terminates the right to refund under this policy.
What about chain fees?
BSC USDT transfers cost ~$0.30 in network fees. We absorb this on refunds; you receive the full amount paid for the subscription period being refunded.
Free email courses
Free courses have nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email, or by replying with "unsubscribe".
