Why "Strategic Round II" and not "Seed"?
Wave 1 (the actual seed) closed in early 2026 — allocated to the team, advisors, and ~47 close supporters off-chain. You're not the first investor. Strategic Round II is the first public allocation, but the network has been operational since 2025 and the seed is fully committed.
Is this a security? Am I taking on regulatory risk?
$HDX is a utility token. It powers Strategic Fund operator bonds, PREDICT scanner access, and Pro-tier holder benefits. You purchase by USDT and receive future utility — not a profit-share or dividend right. We do NOT offer this to US persons. Consult your local counsel before participating from jurisdictions with strict securities frameworks.
What if you don't reach the $500k target?
No floor. We continue building either way — Hedonist Intel has been profitable on subscription revenue since 2025. The token round accelerates ecosystem expansion (Strategic Fund pilot, PREDICT scaling), but the base operation is self-funded. If for any reason the project terminates pre-TGE, all funds are returned via the multisig.
Can I refund?
Yes, up to 30 days after purchase. Email hello@intel.hedonist.trading from the wallet you sent from. Refund is in USDT, minus network gas (~$1).
When does the token actually launch (TGE)?
Target Q4 2026, alongside Strategic Fund public open. Conditional on smart-contract audit completion and DEX listing readiness. We will NOT launch on a rushed timeline — quality over speed.
How do I claim my $HDX?
Closer to TGE we'll email you a claim portal link. You'll connect the wallet that sent the original USDT (or verify via email), sign a message, and claim the TGE 15% immediately. Subsequent unlocks are claimable monthly through the same portal.
Do you support TRC20 or TON?
Currently BSC USDT only. TRC20 + TON Jetton USDT coming once we configure the multisig wallets on each chain. Email us if you specifically need them — we'll prioritize.
